HOW TO SCORE POINTS

Types of exercise are divided into three categories:

One Point: Low intensity, e.g. stretching, leisure walk, golf with cart
Two Points: Moderate intensity, e.g. strength training, jogging, Zumba
Three Points: Vigorous intensity, e.g. running, jumping rope, H.I.T.T. workout

The individual score for an activity is the number of minutes multiplied by the scoring (1, 2, or 3 points). Only VOLUNTARY activities count towards your score, meaning work-related activities are not eligible to count. Use your electronic scorecard that you received via email to determine points associated with each specific activity.
