Exercise Orientations
A review of Wellness Center policies and procedures, and a one-on-one chance to learn how to use the exercise equipment.
Personal Training
One-on-one interaction with a fitness professional. An exercise program will be developed to meet your needs and the personal trainer will guide you through each session. Additional fee for service.
Body Composition Assessment

College Annual: Eligible family members* who attend a school except for Northwood University, Saginaw Valley State University, Central Michigan University, and Delta College. College ID required for membership.
*Eligible family members include spouse and/or dependents age 12-25. Non-Dow Affiliates are eligible for Core and Core+ Memberships only.
MEMBERSHIP HOLD & TERMINATION POLICY
Greater Midland Corporate Wellness requires a 7-day written notice from draft date* to freeze your membership (for minimum of 3 months) or desire to discontinue your membership. A notice less than 7 days may result in one final withdrawal.
Annual memberships are a one-year commitment. Not eligible for downgrades, cancellations, or refunds after date of purchase.
