4-week educational strength series with structured workouts led by our Personal Trainer, Sara Engebretsen! Learn the fundamentals of weight training and how to program workouts using appropriate rep, set, and rest ranges for muscle endurance, hypertrophy, strength and power. Understand the difference between push/pull days and ways to structure your workouts, targeting all six major muscle groups based on your fitness goals!
