4-WEEK EDUCATIONal & STRENGTH FOUNDATIONS COURSE FOR WOMEN
Strength changes EVERYTHING for women — energy, metabolism, mood, mobility, and lifelong confidence. This course breaks down the science, the misconceptions, and the real-world application of strength training across all phases of womanhood.
Each week includes education, discussion, practical demonstrations, and take-home resources.

Kaylynn has been with Greater Midland since 2017 and began her health and fitness journey as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2018. Kaylynn’s passion for fitness revolves around teaching individuals how to become their own version of healthy and strong. Her years of experience have allowed her to work with a diverse group of clients from all ages and levels of physical abilities.
